I am reaching out regarding a new phase of the Misty Meadows subdivision, which will be applying for City approval in the next couple of months. As required per Salem Revised Code (SRC) Section 300.210, we must contact the West Salem Neighborhood Association prior to submittal. Below you’ll find details on the proposed phase 2 of Misty Meadows.

Summary of Design elements:

  • Tree conservation plan
  • New east/ west private alley to service the townhomes and one local north/ south public road with sidewalk and planter strip to connect the site to Michigan City Lane NW and Tine Ave NW, a local road in Misty Meadows Phase 1.
  • Sanitary/ Sewer, Stormwater and water utilities that connect to Misty Meadows Phase 1 infrastructure.
