Notification of proposed development at 1790 Valley St NW pursuant to SRC300.310

Pursuant to SRC 300.310, we are reaching out to the West Salem Neighborhood Association to give notice of a proposed improvement to the property situated at 1790 Valley St NW, Salem OR 97304.

The project includes the construction of a 19-unit apartment building and associated parking facilities.  This will result in the currently existing Valley St NW connection to Wallace road being replaced with the parking area for the building, with the understanding that it still allows through access for fire department apparatus.

Please see the attached site schematic for a basic preliminary layout.
